Free 15-MIN PHONE CONSULTATION
Before our work begins, we will start with a free 15-Minute Phone Consultation, where you will get the chance to share a bit about yourself and what you hope to achieve. I will also explain how things work. You are welcome to ask whatever questions you have.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT
After this conversation, we will decide if we are a “good fit” to begin working towards your goals together. Research shows that a good pair-up is an indicator of future success. Once we agree on fit, we will set up your first appointment!
STAY IN YOUR PAJAMAS
All of our important work will be done online through a secure virtual portal from the comfort and privacy of anywhere in MA. We will meet for our online sessions weekly via this secure platform. My services are available for adult (18+) Massachusetts residents.
ACCOMODATIONS
If you need ability accommodations, please let me know and we can work together to come up with a plan. If for some reason we are not able to meet your needs, I will refer you to someone who can.
OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER
CDQ Counseling is a private pay, Out of Network Provider for health insurance companies. Upon your request, I can provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for our services.
UNDERSTAND YOUR BENEFITS
Please speak your insurance provider directly to understand your specific policy’s out of network benefits and procedures. I recommend that you ask about your “Out of Network Mental Health Benefits,” “Deductible”, and “Reimbursement percentage and process,” as well as any other relevant policies for our work together.

PAYMENT
Your credit card / HSA card information will be stored securely on file, and charged on the day of your session weekly.
THE INVESTMENT OF THERAPY
Therapy is an investment in yourself that will provide benefits in various aspects of your life many times over for the rest of your life. At the same time, you may not be in the position to invest in therapy with Cassandra at this time. That’s alright. You are welcome to check things out, speak to Cassandra for a Free Consultation, and then make the best decision for yourself anytime. No pressure or questions asked.
48HR CANCELLATION POLICY
Sometimes life gets in the way. That’s alright. Please let Cassandra know via email at least 48hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Typically, we will meet weekly at the same time; however, once in a while things must be rearranged. That’s alright. Please give Cassandra as much notice as possible (at least 48hrs), so we can reschedule. If there are openings the same week, I will do my best to accommodate you.
